Decrypt Samsung Tv Recordings Tickets
DVRs TV recorders and receivers buying guide. If you love TV, then you need a digital TV recorder. We take a look at some of the big differences between models.
I think what Mark Uk says above in this thread (post dated, 4:00 PM ) is that he has used an HDD with recorded material in a different TV than the one he used to record it (although I suppose both of them are Vieras). On the other hand, yesterday I transfered a copy of the files from my HDD to my PC, and there's a new file called loop.tts.
This file is not like the other.tts, in the sense that the other ones come with a set of.aid,.vid and.dat files. Or in other words: this one is the live recording that lets you stop/pause/rewind live TV. The interesting part is that the TV can play that file without the.aid,.vid and.dat files. My previous post was erased by an administrator because I put a link to a forum where we try to decrypt a file or TTS. On these images is a summary of my work, I hope I wrote understandable. AID and VID files are used to TRICK MODE - are not important to decrypt. It is important to name / file number - if you change it to TV will not play the file.
It is probably also used to encode the random number. A full summary of the Polish electronic forum: Google> Panasonic Viera zdekodowanie odszyfrowanie Sorry for my English - I'm Polish. Hi, I've got a TX-L32DT30B and having trouble with the HDD recording.
What HDD drives have people found the best to use and do they have their own power supply (as opposed to being powered by the TV through the USB)? I have a Toshiba 1TB Hard drive, I set the HDD drive up fine and everything was working ok, but after a period of time the TV seems to stop recognising it or it somehow becomes disconnected from the set up, which is obviously annoying when I have programmes set to record, I then have to unplug and plug the HDD back in to get in to recognise it again and set it up again. Has anyone seen this problem?
I wondered if it is because this hard drive is powered through the usb rather than an external power supply. Thanks in advance for any help. Click to expand. In my case, I have just failed to do so. HDD was on a P42G20B (which failed terminally at 13 months old) so, whilst waiting for my case to get to the Small Claims Court, I bought a P50G30B but, although it will tell me the HDD serial number that the previous set allocated, it won't read it, it wants to re-format it again. I've plugged a spare USB HDD in temporarily and formatted it and all is well so nothing wrong with the new TV. So, any further news on extracting the files, or maybe, a way of doing a direct copy from the previous HDD to the new HDD which is recognised by the new TV???
