I am running Win8.1. If the video is only 360p for you, try refreshing a couple times. It happened to me too until it finally got to 720p • • • •. What build did you compile? I got the absolute latest one yesterday and it didn't work so I had to get build 06/17 from EMUCR. Also, about your acquiring roms thing. The games have to be original so watch out for that.

Anyway, about your disc ripping situation, the same happened to me, because it of course and most likely has some hidden stuff, but it also doesn't use the same file system from what I've heard. You probably need a custom program for it.
