After buying the full trilogy for my PC through Gamely and intalling all of them through Origin and getting patch 1.02 installed the key won't work. The one that was defaultly put in the box didn't work and the code for the trilogy which didn't work and then I went through the Registry stuff to find the code on my computer and that code which was probably the first didn't work. The other two games work fine *update* after a talk with support I reinstalled the 10 GB of game now a splash screen comes up I click play on that and I'm back to where I fist started with the process for the game disappearing from task manager. If the issue really is with your product code, you'll have to talk to a Game Advisor again.

They are the only ones who can solve account or code problems. But if your code is valid and the game won't from EA/Origin, here are my standard steps for 'ME1 Won't Launch': 1.

Disable 'Sync with cloud' (at least until everything else is working properly). Set Origin.exe to 'Run as administrator'. Set MassEffect.exe to run in 'WinXP (SP3)' compatibility mode.

Close Origin completely (right-click on the icon in the systray and choose 'Exit'). Re-start Origin. Go to 'My Games'. Choose Mass Effect -> Play.
